Когда больной выполняет число приподниманий и скручиваний до 10 раз за один цикл, он переходит к следующей фазе — упражнениям на вставание (см. рис. 49.13, в) (см. также Williams [130] и Caillet [17] в качестве сгибательных физических упражнений для мышц живота).
Смех. Это сильное изометрическое упражнение для всех мышц живота и «приятное лекарство».

Больного надо научить выполнять надавливание на миофасциальные триггерные точки. Лежа в горячей ванне, он находит болезненную точку, выпячивает живот и оказывает постоянное возрастающее надавливание непосредственно на эту болезненную точку до исчезновения болезненности. Затем также инактивирует и другие ТТ. Такое лечение особенно показано женщинам в периодах между менструальными циклами при дисменорее.
При панникулезе может оказаться полезным и перекатывание между пальцами кожной складки над поверхностно лежащими мышцами стенки живота, что тоже желательно осуществлять в ванне, во время расслабления тканей под воздействием теплой воды. Больные с парадоксальным дыханием (асинхронность движений грудной клетки, диафрагмы и мышц живота) должны обучиться правильной дыхательной биомеханике (см. рис. 20.15 и 20.16).
