"Oh, my fucking God," I say through ragged breaths when his tongue darts out and he circles and flicks that hole.

I moan his name as white blinding light hits me before my knees give out and I'm collapsing into a heap, unable to catch my breath.

I tilt my head to the side to look at him. He sucks the same two fingers into his mouth and gives me a wink. "You taste good, too."

Holy mother of fuck. "I'm pretty sure you just killed me," I inform him.

He plants a long line of gentle kisses up and down my spine before he leans over my ear and says, "Then let me revive you."

My thighs clench and my mouth goes dry because my body still craves his touch, even after just being put through the freaking wringer.

Three minutes later; he's putting a condom on, spanking my ass, and entering me from behind while I'm gasping for air and feathers engulf the room due to me tearing apart the nearest pillow.

His eyes co

"Every time still feels like the first time with you," he says while draping an arm around me and kissing my forehead. "Il mio piccolo superstite," he whispers, nuzzling my neck. "Ti amerò fino al giorno della mia morte ... e non solo."

I fall head over heels in love and lust all over again as I lie against his chest and he rocks me in his arms until I'm sound asleep.

My body's pleasantly sore when I wake up the next morning.

I stand up and look over at Ricardo who's still sleeping. He has one arm stuffed under his pillow and the other arm reaching out for me.

My heart aches because I'll never understand how anyone could ever abuse this man. It kills me that his mother treated him the way she did and that his father is...well, his father is Bruno DeLuca.

He's surrounded by darkness and yet, his soul is the purest one I've ever seen.

He whispers my name in his sleep and my heart swells. I lean over the bed and plant a kiss on his temple. "I love you," I say. "I'll be right back."

The corners of his lips turn up in a boyish grin. "Better be."

I laugh and give him another kiss before I walk into the bathroom.

I'm on cloud nine...until nausea crashes into me like a tidal wave and I find myself leaning over the toilet bowl throwing up whatever is still left of last night's di

It's only when I'm brushing my teeth that it occurs to me that it's rather odd for my stomach to be acting up...because I'm not feeling stressed in the least at the moment.

I'm about to chalk it up to a random occurrence but then Ricardo's words from last night echo in my head.

"Every time still feels like the first time with you."

Another bout of nausea barrels into me again when I recall that Ricardo and I didn't use a condom the first time we had sex.

Of course, we discussed our heat of the moment mistake right after it happened and luckily we had both been tested recently.

After that, we were diligent about using condoms each and every time.

Seeing as it's been over a month and a half since that happened and I had my period after that...I figured we were in the clear.

I clutch a hand to my chest. How the fuck is this possible?

I mentally do the calculations in my head and pull out my phone.

I don't have much experience with any of this because I pretty much grew up with Bruno for most of my teenage years...and he certainly never discussed women's biology with me.

I drop my phone like a hot pocket just as I'm about to type the first letter into my search engine.

I know DeLuca tracks my phone.

I can't ask Ricardo to use his phone, either because for all I know, DeLuca tracks his phone too.

I also don't want to freak him out if this turns out to be nothing. Which I'm sure it is.

When I peek back into the bedroom, I notice he's fast asleep again.

With no other options left, I find myself knocking on Tyrone and Jackson's door.

Even if DeLuca tracks their phones, DeLuca wouldn't care about them pulling up stuff up on google about pregnancy symptoms and periods.

I say a silent prayer that it's Tyrone and not Jackson on the other side.

My prayers are answered when Tyrone opens the door and gives me a warm smile.

Hopefully, it won't be the only prayer of mine that will be answered today.

"Hi, sorry to bother you," I start. "I was wondering if I could use your phone to look up something on the internet."

He raises an eyebrow. "You know there are these really cool inventions called computers right?"

"Yeah, I know," I say, feeling like an idiot now. "Mine is out of commission. I'm sorry, I'll just go down to the library or something."

He ushers me in. "Don't be silly, Lou-Lou. Use mine."

He leads me into the living room and I flip open his laptop. Nerves rack up my spine when I notice him hovering over me with a peculiar expression on his face.

Those nerves get even worse when I realize that he's definitely going to say something to Ricardo about me coming here and asking to use his laptop out of the blue.

I rub my neck and blow out a breath. I'm so freaked out about DeLuca I'm not thinking about covering my tracks in regards to Ricardo.

There's only one thing I can say to Tyrone to ensure he'll keep it a secret...and it's a really shitty thing...but I have no choice.

"Tyrone, I would really appreciate you not telling Ricardo I was here. Or telling him that I asked to use your laptop."

He understandably gives me a strange look and I know I've put him in a bad position. That makes what I'm about to say even worse.

"Um—"

"I know we've never talked about that night," I whisper, recalling the night I ended up on his floor in a shaking, sobbing mess while clad in only my underwear.

He closes his mouth and I continue, "I'm thinking about possibly going to get some counseling. That's why I need to use your laptop. I want to look up some good ones in the area. However, I'm still not sure about going and I don't want Ricardo to know because I feel it should be my decision. If I bring it up and I don't go, he'll be disappointed and upset. So, I would really appreciate it if you didn't say anything to him."

"Of course," he says, staring at me intently. "For what it's worth, I think it's a good idea. But you're right. It should be your decision. I'll stay out of your hair. Take as much time as you want and if you need anything, let me know."

"Thanks, Tyrone. You have no idea how much I appreciate this."

After he leaves, the first thing I look up is pregnancy symptoms.

I want to scream in frustration when I realize that most of these symptoms are ones that I have daily due to the stress of my everyday life.

In other words, this search didn't prove to be helpful at all.

Until I see something called 'implantation bleeding' and my stomach flips when I realize it mimics what I thought was my last period.

Which of course, was a mere few days after we had unprotected sex.

Intuition like a motherfucker hits me and somehow...
